Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, IPTV Source will forward it to the original complainant. The removed content may be restored within 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, IPTV Source has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or subscribers who are deemed to be repeat infringers. IPTV Source may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to the website and/or terminate subscriptions of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

IPTV Source is a legitimate IPTV subscription service provider. We do not host, store, or distribute any copyrighted content. Our service delivers licensed streams through authorized partnerships. All content accessible via our service is provided through legal agreements with content providers.
