Install IPTV Source on MAG Box / STB

Get Setup Help

For a MAG box, setup starts with the portal address rather than an app-store download. Send support the MAC address displayed on your box so it can be linked to your subscription, then enter the portal details provided. The channel list gives you an overview of the content. For app-based devices, choose a separate walkthrough in the setup guide.

Step 1

Open Settings on Boot

When the box loads, the main portal screen appears. Click on Settings, then press the remote button SETUP / SET.

Step 2

Navigate to Servers

Go to System Settings and select Servers.

Step 3

Select Portals

Choose Portals from the Servers menu.

Step 4

Enter Portal Details

In the Portal 1 Name field, enter "IPTV Source". Then paste your Portal URL provided after subscribing.

Note: You must send us the MAC address of your device (found on the label at the bottom of your box) so we can activate your subscription.
Step 5

Configure NTP Settings

Press OK, then configure NTP: enter pool.ntp.org (or us.pool.ntp.org for North America).

Step 6

Restart Portal

Exit the settings menu twice, then select Restart Portal.
