Keep your IPTV Source activation message open while you set up the Windows player. Copy the details we sent you into the matching fields, then open a channel to check the connection. Watching on a PC and television together requires the matching screen count in your plan. Use the device guides when you move on to the television.
Get a Player for Your PC
Message us on WhatsApp for help choosing and setting up a compatible Windows player. Say you are on Windows and we will take you through it.
Open the Player and Start a New Login
Launch the player you installed. Look for the option to add an account or a playlist. Different players label it Add User, Add Playlist or Add Profile.
Enter What We Sent You
Your activation message contains one of two things. Use whichever one you were given:
- A server address, username and password. Choose the Xtream Codes option and fill in all three. The login can be given any name you like.
- An M3U or M3U8 link. Choose the playlist option and paste the whole link.
Confirm, then wait for the channel list to load. Not sure which of the two you have? Send us the message and we will tell you.
Play Your First Channel
Open the login or playlist you just added and play a channel, then try a second one from a different group. Live channels, the guide, films and series are all in the same place. If nothing plays, message us before you set anything up on the television.
